We are not only the first sushi bar in Chatham - Kent, Ontario. We are also the first to install a water purification system for your coffee, tea and drinking water. Our rice and soup are cooked with purified water as well, to avoid the chemical fluoride that is added to the tap water. I am using only natural ingredients and absolutely NO MSG in any of the products that I'm serving.
