We are not only the first sushi bar in Chatham - Kent, Ontario. We are also the first to install a water purification system for your coffee, tea and drinking water. Our rice and soup are cooked with purified water as well, to avoid the chemical fluoride that is added to the tap water. I am using only natural ingredients and absolutely NO MSG in any of the products that I'm serving. I, as a professional chef and health conscious person can assure you that no chemicals are present in my food. I am proud to be running one of the very few restaurants in our city that care about and promote health food eating. Cheers. |
